I don't usually get on this site to cause a stir, but this has gone too far. I've been in this business for over 5 years, 2 years online as Negri Electronics. I've been involved in 1000's of deals in over 20 different countries, so you can say that I know what I'm talking about when I have a complaint about a seller. Everyone has had troubles with suppliers, and typically I do not run somewhere and complain after some small problem. So to get me to come here and post something regarding a supplier says a lot.
I've been dealing with Naveed from SN Traders for a few months. EVERY SINGLE deal I have done has been the worst transaction to ever be evolved in. From ordering 15 Blackberry 8310s with guaranteed overnight shipping and receiving them in 20 days, to ordering 8900's and getting them sent overnight and having to BEG for shipping to make sure someone is at the office on Saturday to receive them.
I do have to admit there has been one sale that went smoothly, but I still have to ABSOLTULY BEG for tracking.
Right now Naveed has over $5k of my money. For 2 weeks he attempted to lead me to believe he was shipping my customer 10 Blackberry 8900s. So my customer has been waiting for 2 weeks for this product. Now when someone drop ships for you (especially in this untrusting industry) tracking is required. Now this customer has been a customer of mine for over 4 years. I look like an absolute fool to my customer now. Promising him left and right that he will get what he paid for. Now Naveed will not return emails, he will not answer me on BB messenger, and there is no way I will get a phone call back, so I wont even try. He is hiding. Probably bankrupt like everyone else in this industry. Regardless of the holidays, this is not a way to treat a customer, client, friend, or anyone else for that matter.
He is by far the worst supplier in the industry, and anyone thinking about doing any sort of transaction over the value of $100 should reconsider. This is not a ploy to generate business by any means. I just need to warn you that you will NOT get what you pay for. You will not get your tracking, he will promise you 10-15 times that he will ship next day and never will. Do not try to email this person, he will not respond to anyone who's money he has already collected. Sure he might attempt to generate a sale and respond to a question, but do NOT send him your money.
In summary, I will gladly remove this thread if my items are shipped or my money is returned. But I do not see that happening and I would like to make his future and past customers aware that Naveed is a lying thief. He has 5k of my money (which isn't a lot, but its enough to warrant this). My lawyer has already been contacted and he advised me to attempt to work things out mutually before contacting the RCMP and other public officials in the area. If I don't post this.who's next? Who's money will he steal next time. Don't fall victim to this company, if that what you even want to call it. I call it a one man circus. Email me for details, and any questions.
