Extremely dissatisfied

When looking for a publisher I came across Publish America. I did not go with them immediately but they pursued me after first contact. I foolishly accepted their offer and have since been passed around from one person to another. They do not answer question. Simply pass you to another person or department. They have called me incoherent and a liar. They even sent me an e-mail with a veiled threat of court. They think they own authors and their works. They continually send e-mails offering to sell me a copy of my own book. These people and their company need to be stopped permanently. They are unprofessional and I would even say frauds. They take advantage of authors just like confidence peddlers do with their victims.
