I spent 35, 000 dollars to become a franchise. Training was very poor and cost 10, 000. They had me repair there computers while I was on training.
The training was to me 2 weeks, turned out to be 4 days where I had minimal hours going over photo copies. There was no office training as well.
The ownership threatens the franchisees, by yelling and screaming. There accounting for national advertising has not been made availible to the franchises, which is all mentioned in the disclosure documents.
The office does not pay bills to its suppliers on time which holds up any support it tries to give.
Overall Jim Gillingham has not lived up to his own expectations
