This is the worst company I have dealt with in my many years in Internet/Communications. They sounded very good at the beginning, but once they have your money it's a different thing. If you see a positive review written after November 2008, do not believe it. They would have ghostwritten a positive review for themselves to try and balance out all the negative reviews on the Internet by now.
This is not a company you want to do business with. Their support system is constantly offline. They close support tickets without answering them, claiming we have not responded. How can we respond when we are still waiting an initial reply to the complaint?
The 24/7 online support system has been offline for 3 weeks. Their 1-866# has been cancelled. George (the owner) doesn't know anything about the servers or network security, so when there is a problem he plays with everything and messes up our settings and puts his customers offline for weeks and then blames the customer and tells them if they don't like it to leave. He tried to bribe me with free domains in return for favorable reviews. He offers 45 day unconditional money back guarantee, but I am yet to hear of anyone getting their money back.
I now know from talking to a survivor's network of ex-customers that it is a one man business and he has a day job and all his calls are diverted to his cell (when he answers) from his day job.
He promised to pay me the refund. His site says there is a delay up to 14 days. Well its now more than a month and still no contact, except his stupid billing system spits out overdue reminders even though we are off their server.
We are in touch with Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Fraud Division and will pursue him until he is out of business. He uses various names to obtain payment: George, Goce, Sretko KOSTESKI. I now find that he has operated two other failed hosting companies that shut down with the people's money--it wasn;t his fault, as he protests on many review sites. He just opens up under a new name and continues offering the same shoddy services.

If he is not stopped he will just keep reinventing himself to fool yet another generation of unwitting customers. Hopefully this report with save someone from being burned by him.
