Ignoring all requests for support for several months(!), do not host your site with them!

My sites hosted with Webserve since 2004. It was always hard but still possible to receive technical or other support from them. Untill I made a mistake to pay them for 5 years hosting in advance. Then they stoped all kinds support for me.

I have no access to my adminitrator account and email account since September 2008. When trying to logon I receive message "user unregistered". Many times I called for technical support but always spoke with 3-d party represenatives who promised to forward request to support team. All my email requests returned with formal reply like "ticket is open" or "everything is working", but problem remained. Last request I submitted for billing errors a week ago, and did not receive any reply.

My business depends on reliable hosting service because I sell my product online and receive notice of the item ordered from PayPal on my email. I fail to ship item because I can not receive email.

I should stop using WebServe as hosting provider but I paid for their service up to 2011.
