After prepaying Webserve for one year of website and email hosting, they encountered a technical problem at their end that prevented us from retreiving our email. As my business lives or dies on email, restoring it was a priority.
Multiple contacts by both email and phone were only rarely responded to. Their tech support were puzzled and could not give a timeframe in which I could expect a fix.
Accordingly, I needed to move my hosting service to another provider to get my business back up and running.
Even though Webserve failed to provide the service as per our one-year contract, they would not fully refund my money as I didn't cancel within the "required" 30-day period.
They broke the contract, thus the 30 days terms don't count. And it was only 45 days anyhow. I had to incur additional costs to go to another provider and never did get my lost emai.
Very poor service. Very poor response from management after they verified my story. Companies that don't back their product should not be trusted. Avoid Webserve!
