Email... wow. They don't even support Outlook 2010 and Blackberry Sync... forget about it.
It is based on IMAP technology which is invented before the automobile in the tech world.
Exchange Server is the only way to go so you can sync calendars, phones and email to device and desktop.
The staff have no training or ability to help.
Do not use them for Web or Email hosting.
