First the tv sound quit working properly they tried to fix it but it came back worse then they gave us a cheap toshiba tv all scratched up used and said that was good enough and the reclining chair fell apart twice and finally took the chair to fix it but said it was beyond repair then sent out a dirty used chair that was in worse shape than the original one and told us we cant phone the bbb but we did i really hope we dont get ripped off we have been lied to we waited six months to try to get warrantee from then to no avail
