I purchased a domain and hosting from hostingplex.com and it expired. They solicit me by email to renew the domain and hosting. I agree to renew but they had lost control of the domain. Of course i renewed hosting for the domain that came with it originally. I did not want any hosting without that domain. Now they refuse to refund my money despite that they cannot provide the domain that the solicit me to renew. There are many similar complaints about their practices as you can find from this posting --

From numerous other people that have similar or identical complaints. I am surprised they are a member of the bbb. I want a full refund because I was renewing a specific domain and hosting that they no longer have or they can provide.
