I contacted customer support about 7 times and can never get through on the phone (each call lasting approx 20 minutes, save one instance, left two voice messages very clear with my account info and cell # and received no return calls, and sent several support tickets through their support system with little help received. I can't run a business with this extreme lack of support. From the initial registration to setting up a sub-domain, there was always a problem.
Domain.com even gave me a free month due to all the issues that they admitted was there fault. Then on top of that, they charged my credit card for that month. I sent a pdf copy of my statement to show what they did and included the 1 email I got from tech support that showed they were giving me that month free (I paid month to month). Apparently after all this, they can't look at their own records and needed me to prove it to them before they issued a refund! (And I never got the refund).
I finally decided to switch hosting companies and cancel my account with domain.com. Luckily that seemed to go smoothly, but we'll see.
(Btw, I have over 7 years of computer experience and webdesign. I'm not the best, by I know the problems weren't on my end, but theirs.)
