I have had the service for less than a month and out of that have received actual service for 10 days. For the last 20 days the website is down, the technical support has not been able to do anything. All I hear are callous excuses without a hint of any care for customer satisfaction.
The customer service keeps on diverting me to different departments when i request for a refund (which i am entitled to in accordance with their rules). They have worst customer and technical service in any business I have ever worked with. They clearly do not know what they are doing, at all.
I have switched to another hosting service but I wish I could do something to let them know that they cannot simply go on like this without any consequence to their reckless actions.
