Just heard back from Better Business Bureau re: this company. I stand by my perception of their work as they cannot give any explanation as to why they cannot answer to complaints we made!
Once again it is the customer who pays for services that is to blame! Mr. Demers could not and
would not do work per contractual agreement! My perception is his work is sloppy and he cannot or will not do as requested. Pay him up front and your snow will get done when he is able!
Yard work is done in the same manner! We have yet to be reimbursed for monies promised
to be returned on July/2/2012. When asked to comment on his lack of work performance he just
glossed it over. and boasted once again about what work he did for us! Uh we have pictures contradicting this!
