I have worked at ACE for just over two years. I have seen all kinds of clients and dealers come and go. The better ones stay and work with ACE the pathetic ones who cannot manage, fail.
It really hit me after we had a group of evangelical business people visit to buy a dealership that it made sense. They explained that not all people will work hard, and that the ones who fail expect everyone else to do the work for them. God help’s those who help themselves.
I remember cases where ACE offered people their money back. These people were trained, had all of ACE’s manuals and product. Yet they could not run a business and were failing.
Once, this guy’s sister phoned ACE to give us heck because she never authorized her brother to spend the family’s money! We noticed the guy was not working hard and was struggling so we offered his money back, twice! Yet he insisted he could run a business. He is one of the ones writing nasty things about ACE. What a hypocrite.
We see so many others doing so well with both the ACE training and product. So it sure is perplexing to find a few (sometimes in neighbouring areas) who don’t want to get up in the morning to put in a good days work, then they blame their failure on ACE. How dumb can these few be?
The people at ACE are good people and the product is the best. ACE has many dealers making money operating their dealerships, and many clients that are pleased with ACE’s service and performance.
The complaints found on this website are no more than pitiful excuses and blaming. It is obvious that some people cannot accept responsibility for their own failures. Or, they’re the competition – and we all know how that game is played!
If you go to the search window of Rip-off and type in any business name, there will be numerous complaints on almost every business. So this website is no more than a gossip rag just like the papers that claim that the world is going to end.
How can anyone take information on here seriously? If you base a business decision on gossip, maybe it’s best you don’t get into business, of any type, because gossip is often the competition trying to undermine the good efforts of those who are successful.
It is too bad that some people are just so dishonest and wicked, with nothing better to do than to waste time on gossip. I am certain that you who are level headed and fair will read the gossip for what it is.
ACE is a great place to work. I love it here. Great company, fabulous products and its satisfying that we save lives.
