Zak Motala, Marketing Group Inc. otherwise known as Global Countertop Systems, is a smooth talking, arrigant piece of work! He has sucked in many dealers to buy a territory, sold them a product that was untested, ripped of many innocent idividuals who had not idea (as did many of the dealers), that the product on the countertops may last approx. 1 year if you never touched them!!! He offered a 10 year warranty. He was very unapproachable, full of excuses and frankly did not give a darn about any individual's hardship or thought nothing of taking innocent clients money who saved to have a re-newed counter top. If you called Zak with a problem as I did on a countertop that I applied for a customer, he offered no assistance and cut the conversation short. He would lie and state that the product must have expired yet there are no expiry dates on any of the bottles that I am still holding (as evidence)!
He claims his product is enviornmentally friendly, I wonder Mr. Zak, a few of us ended up with some very bad skin rashes no matter how careful we were when applying the product~! Then Mr. Zak, discontined the product and went into a spray system. That is when I totally realized this was a scam. Oh sure, I was about to buy his new product, at a very high cost then spend approx. $1, 300 for a sprayer!! I think not!! That is not what I bought into!
SHAME ON YOU ZAK - REMEMER WHAT GOES AROUND - COMES AROUND.

I would love to hear from Tim or any other dealers ripped off by Global Countertop Systems, who now have their reputation to be concerned about.
It is interesting that there seems to be a few of us with similar complaints and even if we bought product from our up-line, in my case Ken from Kelowna, we were still ripped off and so were all of my clients!!!
I find it very interesting, that after all the things that I suspected regarding the product, warranty, and the discussions that I have had with Ken never feeling sure of the product that there are others that feel the same as me. I a discussion with Zak and Ken by telephone, he said we were the only people with so many problem.
Is Ken still on your Dealer List Zak? Children do grow up you know.
