Sealy Canada does not honor their mattress warranty and the warranty card they require you to fill out is a complete sham. I had a complaint about the springs/coils in my queen mattress and the manager at Sealy Canada only referred to mattress sag.
The better business bureau and ministry of consumer affairs are unable to do anything unless they receive more complaints from consumers.
I am asking all people who had or are having problems with their Sealy mattress to file a complaint with the BBB and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. This is very easy to do online and the complaint forms are easily filled out online.
Power is in numbers so the more complaints the stronger our case will be against Sealy.
