I have purchased a sofa and matching love-seat reclinable.. Within 11 months of having the couch, I notice from sitting on the love-seat that the sofa (3place) is warped on the end, in seating area. I went to sit on it, and felt a funny feeling..like something was making noise. Forgetting to call that day, I finally called, but only a month later..at this point spring popped out of the bottom. I called the store and I got the answer, "sorry, your warranty is over, here is the number for the company that upholsters! We refer our clients to them! I was mortified! I then asked my boyfriend to go to store but no luck! How does a couch only last 11 months after I paid $2000.00! Where the mechanism that makes the couch recline, touch the material, it's tearing everywhere! I weigh 135 lbs, 5'5"! I sit properly, I don't have kids that jump on them! If they don't do anything yo resolve the problem, I will be calling a local Montreal tv show and will expose them! They better fix or replace!
