, Wutt Creative, Never completed project. Delivered designs he didn't create or have authority to sell or license. Total scam artist. Stay away! I will provide more details to anyone who wants them

Hired "Andreww Wutt" to create simple animation. After numerous delays he provided incomplete designs that were not original as promised. Repeatedly promised delivery then eventually quit responding to emails. I will provide email thread to anyone interested in more details.
