I had some work done for my company (name with held) by Think Shift in Winnipeg, and it was not only mediocre, but they charged huge fees for what turns out to be a not so special request. I had one or two proposals from others, but Think Shift managed to convince me that for a little more. Well, after they had more first payment they informed me it was going to cost another 30%. And I didn't even change anything! So they get you in the door, and your first payment, and now you're stuck with them. Not only that, but instead of using an open source solution they took advantage of my less technical knowledge and I'm now stuck with them or have to come up with the money to start over. They're a bunch of con artists best at marketing their not so special skills. Buyer Beware!!
