This company is another of the long line of government funded organizations that suck off the public trough. They hire you to do respite and then if you cannot fulfill their requirements (they wanted me to do a 24 hour shift) they get all pissed off and then refuse to pay and try to call it a training shift. Meanwhile they ask you to fill out the paperwork so you can get paid?!? The executive director Jean sits on her butt all day returning emails. If you have a dispute you are to fill out a form and send it to... HER for mediation. Get EVERYTHING in writing and watch out for Leanne, she has more personalities than Cybil! As for having them do respite servces for one of your children I would be VERY cautious. The one shift I did I was told that his parents were 'flaky' and just humour them. PROCEED WITH CAUTION people.
