Substandard product

A translation program that promises a lot but delivers meaningless and grotesque, though very funny (if you buy it for laughs! ) texts. Babylon takes your money before they send you the software over the Internet and never refund your purchase even if you complain. They will respond via e-mail nicely explaining why they don't refund!
