Horrible service

Purchased a bed warranty was 5 years - began sagging - sears inspector came and said yes it was sagging took pictures, waited 3 weeks no response . finally called and was told that the mattress was deffective BUT as the mattress was stained warranty was void... what a horrible loop hole they have... emailed Customer service and they said nothing can be done... asked to have it escalated to a supervisor and was told NO would not be escalated. Sent a letter with both our sears cards cut up to Calvin Mcdonald new ceo at sears NO ANSWER . Just bought a new house need to buy a stove, dishwasher, along with lawn mower and other supplies Sears has lost a customer for good and Calvin Mcdonald needs to look into getting sears back to taking care of customer complaints!!! or at least get some one to do it... Sears does not care about customers... after over 20 years of shopping at sears i'll spend my money elsewhere... Just wondering what they planned to do with the deffective matress?? Resell it>>?? makes me wonder what I was buying there
