Below is part of a copy of their "GURANTEE" which is WORTHLESS. They ignore all attempts to take them up on the "guarantee" untill you threat them and still I have not received my refund after over a month.
The "Guarantee" is BullS**T and more importantly, SO is the product-replicant dvd. It sucks, the video quality is horrible and the sound is unacceptable. These people need to learn what customer service is and also stand behind a gurantee that they make.
