Internet Enterprises.Com Movie.Biz
Ripoff business from hell, deceptive company, persistant fradulent charges to my credit card, guarantee worthless

This company sells what appears to be a $40 boxed software that permits you to copy DVD's to CD. That is not what they offer you. They offer a download rather but they do not tell you this ANYWHERE on their website.

They have altered their website to add items that were not on the original site that they later claim you signed up for when making your purchase. The current item is a membership to a movie club called Movie.Biz that charges the creidt card you use to purchase their DVD copy software (download).

Luckily I saved the entire website when I could get no response from their support. After I made numerous threats to have the company looked into... via email I received a reply that basically told me that I would simply have to deal with the download because they did not provide actual software for the product. I stated that I was making the purchase as a gift and was told to copy the download onto a CD and give that instead. I have no CD burner so I asked for the charge they placed IMMEDIATELY on my Visa to be removed. They did not do this even after I sent them a copy of their 100% guarantee of full customer satisfaction.

I was ignored after that ONE response until I submitted a charge dispute to my credit card company. I then noticed a charge for $12.99 that has appeared three times to an offshoot of Internet Enterprises called Movie.Biz. On their website they have a FAQ that lists by whom, why and how you are being charged for a movie club membership due to checking a box when ordering the DVD copy software (download).

I KNEW that this had not been the case but when I went to the current website for the DVD copy product, it conveniently had an addition that was not there when I ordered what I thought was a boxed set of software. I am only able to prove this due to saving the original sites contents when being treated so terribly to begin with.

This is a SCAM operation of the highest magnitude!
