We recently assisted one of our customers in purchasing software from LionClock.com. Much to our embarrassment, LionClock has debited my customer's account, but will not help us to download the software. I cannot get any methods available on the website to work, simply because we do not have a login to their website.
We've tried to contact them to get a login, but they never reply to emails. I've sent several, practically begging them to reply, but nothing. I've even provided my cell phone and office phone numbers so that they can call to help resolve this issue. I've checked around thoroughly on the internet and cannot find one contact phone number for them. Since they refuse to contact me back, we are just completely 'ripped off'. We've already paid for the software, but have no ability to use it or even install it whatsoever.
