I purchased lionclock for use in our trap club as a less expensive alternative to the time clock feature for quick books. I downloaded the demo and installed it and it work beautifully so I paid for the full version and tried to configure it but all of a sudden I am getting Run-Time Error 9 Subscript out of range errors and the application closes.
I checked their website for details and their fix is to download the newest version, which I already have. To date I have emailed their support line 4 times in 3 days and gotten no response. Their website claims that their online chat is available from 10 am to 5 pm MST everyday, and I have yet to see it active. My suggestion is to get a different product. If you download this it may work for a while but when it breaks, and it will break, you will never be able to get support!
