Software program downloaded from itunes doesn't work

I down loaded the lionclock time and billing software for iphone. It crashes which they say has been fixed by an updated version. I updated to the new version but it still crashes and I emailed them to ask for help but they do not reply. They do not have a phone number to call on their website so I can not call them.
