Never received product

I ordered medicine in June I still have not received it when I called they have no tracking and keep telling me to wait more business days, now they say medicine came back and they will resend I again have to wait 8 to 18 business days you need to give then two months to get the medicine to you, if it ever comes very frustrating to deal with
