Broken bottle & damaged clothes

Today June 28th 2008 I went to pick up my Parcel from Calgary Trail Greyhound, Edmonton. When I open my package one bottle of medicine was broken & all my clothes were rotten with medicine. It was very expensive clothes. The cost of clothes were $560/-.
