Drugdelivery.ca
Never delivered-no refund

I ordered my prescription on January 2nd 2009 ont he internet and paid with American Express. The website stated they had 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I paid $29.99 for faster shipping (10-18 business days) and the ability to track my package online. I received a notice via email that it was shipped on January 9th 2009.

I called on January 23rd because I thought that was 18 days from ordering. I was told that I had to wait 18 business days from the day of shipping. Fine, my mistake although at this point I am sorry that I paid the extra $29.99 for speedier shipping and tracking ability. I had not been able to track the package online.

I called again on February 6th which was 20 business days from shipment because there was still no delivery, still no tracking. I spoke with "John" told him I wanted a refund because it has now been 20 business days and still no delivery. He told me he would put me through to his supervisor. Then I spoke with "Jake Jackson." He told me that they would have to contact the pharmacy and try to find out what happened to the package but that the pharmacy was closed now and I would have to wait two more business days before this issue could be resolved.

I said that they had guaranteed shipment within 18 business days and it was now 20 business days so I wanted the situation resolved immediately. We went round and round and he kept reiterating the same information. He assured me that someone from the company would call me by Tuesday, February 11th and give me a refund.

No one called by Tuesday February 11th so I called again on Wednesday, February 12th and spoke with "John." He told me that they had put in a request to the pharmacy for reshipment of the drug. I told him of my previous conversation with "Jake Jackson" and that I was promised a refund. He transferred me to "Tonya."

Tonya told me that they would need to contact the pharmacy before they could proceed and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. I replied that we had already been through that part of the process and "Jake Jackson" had told me they would call me back on Tuesday, February 11th and failed to do so. She repeated her lines over and had no explanation about why this hadn't been handled between the 6th and the 10th. She assured me that once they contacted the pharmacy to see what the status was of my shipment they could issue me a refund.

On Feb 14th I received a letter from the FDA stating that the package was improperly labeled "misbranded" and "unapproved" and sent the item back to the pharmacy. I called drugdelivery.ca with this information. "John" answered the phone and told me that they had contacted the pharmacy "yesterday" to resend the shipment. I told him I didn't want a reshipment, but a refund. He stated they would have to check with the pharmacy. I told him I had a letter from the FDA stating that the drug had been returned. He told me I would need to send the letter to them.

I asked to speak with his supervisor, either "Jake Jackson" or "Tonya." "Tonya" came on the line and said that the pharmacy had been contacted "yesterday" for a reshipment. I told her I had heard that line before. I also told her about my previous conversations with her and "Jake Jackson" and stated that I wanted my refund. She said that the accounting department was closed today and I could have my refund on Monday February 16th by 2:00 CST. She would personally call me by that time with my refund.

I found several testimonials on the website and thought I would post one to keep other people from making the same mistake I did. Unfortunately, testimonials can only be posted by sending an email to the company. I wonder what the chances are that negative testimonials are ever posted? I have now called my credit card company to dispute the charges, and a lawyer to help me resolve this issue. I will never order from this company again, and I will tell as many people as I can not to order as well. We will see whether they will call me on February 16th or not.
