Failure to delive

On march 13, i ordered invitations for an event on april 14th. On april 2nd, the invitations had still not arrived. On that date, i contacted Denise Chouinard who told me she had sent them and they would be there in time. i was concerned. i inquired about a refund. the response? Sh told me "the mail wasn't her problem, it was mine". the invitations to my event were finally delivered on may 3rd, three weeks after the event and nearly two months after i had ordered them. in inquired again about a refund and the company again failed to take responsibility for the nondelivery. i have yet to receive a refund. this company is supposed to deliver invitations for a living. there can be no doubt about the expected date of delivery, nor the date on which it was received. they took no responsibility and actually corresponded in a frustratingly aggressive manner. please do not do business with this company. they care only about taking your money and not at all about actually delivering product. they were unprofessional, irresponsible, and, frankly, an embarrassment.
