Stylish Weddings is a wedding invitation/ stationary design company that is absolutly horrible with regards to almost every aspect of their business!
Form the beginning there has been noting but delays regarding the wedding invitations I had ordered. It began with delays recieving the fist draft of the invitation, followed by a delay recieving the second draft of the invitation. These delays were blamed on the graphic designer, then there was a delay sending the proof to the printers due to a family death, then a new pick up date was scheduled for the following month, that deadline was rescheduled because printer is closed for the Chinese New Year, so the pick up date was rescheduled for another month, then there was problems with the manufacturing equipment so another delay happened!!! I finally recieved the invitations in the beggining of April, when they were originally due in late December!!!
Once I recieved the product the problems did not end!!! they were in very poor shape (bent corners, the envelops were all stuck together, etc) and the envelops didn't not come with the sticky adhesive to be able to close them!
I asked Helen about it and her reply was that's not included!
I was never advised that the envelopes don't come with out adhesive (it was a major pain in the butt to put double sided tape on alll the reply card envelopes and the invatation envelopes)
She missed counted and we didn't recieve enough of what we ordered, we are short 15 reply cards, and she still ows us table numbers they were to be completed by june fist, and she has yet to call me to arrange pick-up!
Now her voicemail doesn't have any room to leave a new message!!!
Please do not use stylish weddings as they will only cause aggravation and stress!
