I purchased a Clarivue Screen Protector for my iPhone because the Ebay listings claimed that they were;
Reusable
Scratch Proof
Washable
When I recieved them I put it on my phone and used it for a while. After I started to notice it was getting badly scratched.
I tried to remove the protector to re-position it and wash it like it said and when I went to put it back on it just came off. The adhesive part was gone and I am no longer able to use it.
I tried to contact JHONGS and Clarivue and they blatantly ignore my emails and then respond back with links to their websites warranty page.
They clI purchased the product because it says it was re-usable and scratch proof.
I have done what you suggested by washing the product and letting it dry and the adhesive is still gone.
I absolutely refuse to spend more money sending this back as they must be defective if the adhesive is gone.
The kicker is they say they have LIFETIME WARRANTY but they want you to send back the other protector. Other users have claimed that they denied recieving the return protector back and this further disqualifies you from their warranty.
They also require that you pay for your own shipping and handling. This ends up costing you more money then what you paid in the beginning and you still end up with a crappy product.
Their customer service is horrible. They do not read the emails that you send them and they just respond back with lies and no respect for the customer.
Please avoid this company as they do not offer good customer service, return policies or products.
