Free Trial turned into automatic payments every week Ontario canada

I was chosen to try a free trial of Wu-Yi Tea and pay only shipping and handling. Immediatley on 3/13 a deduction of 29.95 was made to my account and again the following week a deduction of 34.70 was made... for what I do not know. I tried calling to cancel and was told that I had to email them at teahelp blah blah blah. I had to contact my bank and the better business bureau to stop them from making withdrawals on my account.
