Today I lost 3 hours on my computer and in the end this software had to be removed today from my computer... my computer was freezing and I couldn't do anything so I asked for on-line help and was advised this had to be removed. I am asking that my money be refunded. I had to remove these electronically offered programs because of their effect on my computer, I have a copy of the transaction if you need me to scan and send it.
