Paretologic Privacy Controls Anti-Spyware

I have been charged twice for "Privacy Controls" and I have not been provided with licence number for "Anti-Spyware", thus I am unable to utilise this product. I have repeatedly communicated with the suppliers (Paretologic) and with "SafeCart" unfortunately to no effect, to date. The loss I have experienced is USD39.94, not a huge amount of money...what is really disappointing is the fact that no one really cares or bothers to answer.
