We are writing to consumers regarding the company "Paretologic Inc." and their products. Again, as stated with concerned consumers, this company is not what they appear to be due to software that does not work properly.
The company was notified through their "submit a question" portal we were having problems with our computers. The fortunate part of our problem is we received some of our money back because we used PayPal.com, but one product, the "Privacy Controls" $29.95 was not returned because we used our debit card.
After sending two emails requesting the return of our money, outlined with the invoice numbers, Paypal receipts, and bank statements, to prove the purchase ocurred the company has now stated they will not send us our money and will not return our emails, they say the case is closed.
My husband completes most of his work on the computer he owns, he had to take hours upon hours re-entering the software to get his computer to work again because the software from this company is junk.
We intend to file a report with the Better Business Burea and have requested the "Safecart.com/Paretologic" web site for help with this issue. If we find that Paretologic is willing to send the remainder our money back we will update our progress so that others may try and retrieve there money back also.
