Bretons Car sales
Fraudulent car papers

Under 6 months ago my son in law purchased a Range Rover from this dealership. From the day it left, he had nothing but problems. He even had to replace the transmission. After spending $5, 000 dollars in this short time, he had decided he had no choice but to get rid of the car. He traded it in at a very reputable BMW dealership as a trade in, and lost roughly another $7, 000, from the original purchase price to the selling price. My son in law showed the accident history the original dealership had provided him with to the BMW dealership. On the day he was to pick up his new car, the sales person question him about the accident the vehicle had been in 6 years ago. My son in law was dumbfounded and pulled out the copy of the accident history he had originally been given. The salesperson pulled out the accident history they had pulled off which was completely different than the one he had. The Vin number was completely accurate and was in fact the true history of the vehicle. My son in law was under the impression the vehicle he had originally purchased from Breton's was even a different year. This is a clear case of fraud. It is currently being reported to the fraud squad to see if there is anything they can do, and will be followed up by a lawyer and civil suit. When the BMW dealership called Bretons to ask about the vehicle and history, they reported nothing. Shame on this dealership.
