The Manufacturers Auto Exchange lied and baited us. They take advantage of people with bad credit or with no credit history. They tell them what they want to hear and then change the story after the fact. They made me and my wife and young child wait almost 7 hours in the intense heat at the dealership playing us as fools. We stayed because we were told they would help us and get us into a vehicle, but only if we could prove to VFC Financing that we could pay the Higher end payments for the first 6 months. They told us that after the six months that we could bring the vehicle back and that they would gladly put us into a cheaper vehicle with much lower monthly payments. We went back after the time mentioned and they claimed they had no cars at the time. So we went back a few months later. The Manufacturers Auto Exhange took $20 from us and told us that our credit was excellent and that they were going to put us into a cheaper car and void the old contract and start a new one. When we went to the Dealership they seemed to have changed there minds and kept our money. In the meantime our payments became too high from the start but we had to take them because we had no choice and they knew that. When our payments got behind we tried to talk with VFC financing and they gave us the run around. They seemed to be involved with the scam as well. They wouldn't listen and claimed we were the liars. They told us that they never change a contract and that the dealership was wrong. VFC, told us back then that they infact were going to let us switch the vehicle for a much cheaper lower monthly payment after we proved to them that our credit was good. They too lied to us. I think these two companies are involved together into ripping the customer off. Why would a finance company lend money to a dealership that has a bad track record in the first place. Now we have no vehicle because the Repo man came and now we have to go to court to fight for our rights as a consumer. Our credit now is really a mess thanks to this company and the finance company VFC is one of the worst lenders we have ever come across.
