Took my money to renew software. Sent new license, but now way to enter it

I renewed licenses for purpose of two computers. I evidently had a version of their anti spyware on my desktop computer that had an expired key installed. I tried to utilize my new key and there is no where to enter the new license key. I contacted the company with no further help in the situation. I am now going to call my bank and make a claim of fraud. Thank you
