Their so called anti-virus is actually spyware that's impossible to get off your computer and upon cancelling their service, they've failed to respond to any of my emails. Thats what i call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE", AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND MY CREDIT CARD BETTER NOT BE CHARGED!
