I contacted ArborCare and thought I was getting a company that prides themselves on Customer Service. I was wrong.
Their arborist wasn't paying attention while trimming my tree in front of my very newly reno'd house and damaged my 1 week old eavestrough and downspout. I saw this happen and called the number on the truck immediately to report the incident. After it was evident by their lack of response or proposal of a plan to repair the damages, I had my trough contractor come do the repairs. Two weeks later (a month after the damage was caused) I have a guy show up on my doorstep to "do a quote for the repair." Now ArborCare will only cover 2/3 of my cost for the repairs, and takes no responsibility for dropping the ball on their end and not rectifying the situation in any kind of timely fashion.
I wish I had checked this website prior to hiring them, as I see that a fellow in calgary had a very similar experience.
