I was told to call the postal outlet and make sure my package arrived before picking it up, since I am currently injured and am on crutches, and the lady wad so rude saying that I was wasting her time and that she was busy... Isn't this why she is getting paid? To help customers and help track the package?..I was just shocked at such horrible customer service.
