Magic Jack
Terrible customer's service

I wrote on The chat's customer service (The only way to reach Them) This question:

"Hi! I already have Magic Jack for couple of years. On March 5Th 2011, I paid 73.13$ for a five years subscription, plus 10, 29$ (Canadian number) on July 29Th 2011. I would like for sure to upgrade to Magic Jack PLUS ( I want to let you know I always had some little problems never completely fixed wiTh my Magic Jack and That's why I would like The PLUS.), but by transferring The amount already paid on a new subscription. I'm ready to loose my Magic Jack hardware value, but I won't accept to loose a 5 YEARS subscription. Would you? The customer's service told me about a monTh ago, it was not possible to transfer it. So, If I understand correctly, I have to loose over 80$ ( hardware value) to upgrade and improve my satisfaction. I'm very unhappy wiTh This and I Think That's not fair, do you? So, I hope This bad politic will be change soon to improve your customer's satisfaction. Did you change it at This time or when will you? Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation."

I received This answer:

"The magic jack plus and normal magic jack device are different devices so The years on your normal magic jack device cannot be transferred but you can keep The new magic jack plus device into same account and use The same number That's The only options you can have."

My conclusion:

Impossible to transfer a five years subscription from Magic Jack to Magic Jack PLUS "because They are two different devices", but it's possible to transfer The phone number from one to The oTher"... hum! hum!

What a TERRIBLE customer's service!!!
