As a result of repeated negative experience with Wind Mobility for years, I finally terminated service with Wind on Jan 25 & Feb 25/14. I was told I would be getting a refund check in 6-8 weeks (such a unreasonable long time for these people to hold on to our money, interest free!!)
Now is 5 1/2 months after my termination with Wind, I am still not getting back my refund money from Wind. I believe I had been a highly responsible & decent customer, only being terrorized & treated unfairly & indifferently by many levels in the Wind bureaucracy.
As I thought I was finally getting a huge relieve by terminating them & that I do not ever have to get in touch with these group of horrible business people, they are holding to my refund check for unreasonably length of time.
After much struggles & lots of more of my time wasted on Facebook, emails & telephone calls, I was told by Wind on May 20/14 that "someone did not follow proper protocol" when doing my ternimating over 5 months ago. None of them could speed up the refund process & I was told it would be another 6-8 weeks to get my money back.
Totally in order to get my money back from Wind, it takes 4 + 2 months if there is NO OTHER things that these people have done inproperly.
What an incompetent business. I am being punished & victimized for doing everything according to their rules & regulations while they could easily get away for not doing their job properly on a repeated basis.
Wind still fails to refund my money for over 5 months after my services termination
I had filed written complaints to both CCTS & BBB six weeks ago & I found both of them ineffective in dealing with this refund drag from Wind.
Wind did not do their job right 5 months ago when doing my termination & did not act/behave like a normal business all along & does not respect decent customers.
