Complaint / review / scam report

My husband and I went to a mobile retailer and were completely misled. We each had $35 "brilliant"and $45 "genius" monthly "plans" and prepaid 3 months worth of service upfront, along with $110 phones each. We spent over $500. We were told the map showed our coverage areas clearly outlined. Neither of us called outside the so-called areas, yet he was charged for checking his voicemail at a rate of .25 cents/min.

I called WIND @ 611 and they said they could "see" the usage and would only read parts of it back to me. He refused to read it to me because I said, "How do 5 calls to voice mail total $50 in charges? " He kept giving me the "yes ma'am, no ma'am routine. I asked to hear all of the charges since in just 6 days we were now down to a balance of $54.89 and $85.25!!! How the hell did this happen?

Not one person at WIND MOBILE was willing to be of any assistance to me, including the man that sold me the phones. He is avoiding me, no doubt until the 15 day return policy runs out, then it's f**k you, your too late for a refund!

In one more week at the rate we are going we will both out a working cellphone.

I am sending in my report to the BBB and I want to see this company gone from Canada for good!!!
