Service and customer service
I called Wind mobile several times yesterday and each time the wait was very long, until i put in that i was a new customer and someone picked up within 10 seconds...my waiting times average 11minutes...and I called 7 times. I wanted to know how to figure out my MB and of course the customer service rep who answered didn`t know...said good question. I kept pressing my head against the phone because I could not hear him...silent bob...he had the never to say...stop pushing the buttons because i am hurting his hears with the beeping sound. I told him to be more professional and answer my question...any way since I just added $50 to my account because I would be in the US for roaming...I wanted to make sure I would not go over my min. because most of that money was to pay my phone bill for this month...any way it was sucked dry especially after I cursed silent bob out...i believe he did something to my account to suck it dry...so fuck wind mobile and i hope all your customers leave your ass...don`t use the system please don`t use them...pay more money for better service...
