FOUR BREAKDOWNS

Three months in our condo with five new appliances and we have had four breakdowns on our Whirlpool washer. SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE insists they have to fix it at least three times for the same problem before they can replace it. The first problem was the front load gasket leaked and it was only six weeks in our place. We had to put a pan under it to catch the water so that it would not run all over the floor and especially to the condo below us. From October 13th to October 27th it stopped going into the spin cycle THREE times in 14 days. This on the third time was when we were told about the three times they have to fix it policy. SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.We will never buy another thing from SEARS .We were warned about this and should have taken it to heart, so let this be a warning to all.
