I purchased a whirlpool front load washer at trail appliances ltd 2 years ago the washer broke down and I had a repair person come in he told me it needed 3 parts and that it would take 2 to 3 week to get them. After waiting 8 weeks and being told by trail that it will be 5 days every time I called we concealed the parts and brought a new washer and it was not a whirlpool!!! They suck big time!!!
In closing I would never deal with whirlpool or trail again in my life and will advise everyone i know to do the same!!!
