I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct and privacy violation I experienced at GoodLife Fitness Markham Birchmount and Enterprise. The personal trainer, Rita Li, engaged in gossip, shared sensitive information without consent, and made derogatory remarks. This behavior, along with fraudulent bookings, caused significant distress. I have canceled my membership and feel compelled to share my story to protect others. GoodLife Fitness should address these issues promptly.
