I have been with Rogers and Fido for 7 years. I have never had such issues... This company charged me 800$ for roaming charges that I have never used. I went this december from canada to india, switzerland, new york for a month. I was told that these charges were made in switzerland. I was there only for one day. They also charged me evevry month 30$ for third party charges, which I specifically told them to remove from my account. I have 2 phones with them, and I infact had to change my phone number before because of these 3rd party charges... When i complained to them, they agreed to remove 50%, which i find unfair. But then, he came back saying they would only remove 40% and hang up on me...
Is that how they treat customers?? I did not even yell at them (should have)
